My At Home MD, LLC offers a revolution in healthcare that features an array of convenient online options. Our services includes telehealth with a provider, lab tests, prescriptions, at home labs, supplements, and at home health monitoring equipment. All of your health information is securely stored in your patient portal accessed from your My At Home MD account so our providers and your other health care providers can review your results with your permission.

Our goal is to provide a system of online healthcare that is patient-focused and offers technology that puts you in charge of your health. Online tools, like your patient portal, help to keep you informed and offer an overview of your health.

Online Appointments – When you’re ready to schedule your telehealth consultation, you can choose an appointment that offers a date and time convenient for you.

Privacy – Your privacy is protected throughout your telehealth experience with My At Home MD by encryption and HIPAA-compliant security.

Telehealth – After reviewing the information you submit before your appointment, one of our providers will meet with you in a video consultation to discuss your concerns. The provider will make recommendations that might include any of our services.

Lab Tests – Your provider may order lab tests that, depending on the test, might include a phlebotomist who comes to your home or office for the draw where available or send your order to a lab located near you. A provider will contact you to go over your lab results.

Pharmacy – Your provider can send your prescription digitally to any pharmacy in the country. Information about your prescriptions will be stored in your patient portal for easy access and refill notifications.

At Home Labs – These can be ordered with or without your providers involvement. We offer a variety of tests from adrenal stress and food allergies, to cholesterol and many more. Results will be delivered to you digitally for easy review and sharing. Providers are available if needed to help you interpret the results of your at home tests.

Supplements – Choose from a range of supplements from trusted brands created to enhance your health as well as work hand-in-hand with provider recommendations.

At Home Health Monitoring – With your at home health monitoring equipment, you can monitor basic vitals and upload them to your patient portal for your provider to review, share with your other providers, or just for your own reference. All equipment is bluetooth enabled and your data is collected on a smart phone app that easily exports to your patient portal. Kits include digital blood pressure, oximeter, and no-touch thermometer. In addition to keeping your provider informed, keeping a log of your vitals can help you see trends and abrupt changes that may need attention.

Additionally, we offer nutrition plans, referrals to counseling, and other valuable services you can explore to build optimal coverage of your holistic and integrated healthcare.
