In Person Tests Requiring a Phlebotomist

For in-person tests requiring a blood draw by a phlebotomist, our telehealth platform seamlessly integrates laboratory testing into your virtual healthcare experience, allowing you to receive timely and accurate diagnostic information. Once your physician-ordered lab tests are complete, your results will be in your patient portal for your review and to share if you choose.

At-Home Test Kits

We offer a variety of health tests you can do yourself. You choose the time and place. Simply return the samples in the packaging supplied and your results will be provided to you via email. You can upload the results to your patient portal if you choose to share with a provider. Test interpretation and consultation with a provider are also available.

How In-Person Labs Works

1. Schedule Your Test: Once you’ve consulted with one of our healthcare providers and determined that laboratory testing is necessary for your condition, we’ll help you schedule the appropriate tests. My At Home MD will ensure you use the more reliable testing methods and labs to get the most dependable results.

2. A Technician will Collect your Sample: Once the lab has collected your samples and completed testing, results will be in your patient portal for your review and to share with any provider you choose.

3. Interpretation and Consultation: You can opt for interpretation and consultation by a provider if you choose to help you understand the test results and what next steps should be.

How At-Home Tests Works

2. At-Home Collection Kits: You select the at-home test you’d like and we’ll ship a customized at-home collection kit directly to your doorstep. Each kit comes with easy-to-follow instructions for collecting your sample, ensuring a seamless and hygienic process. Our collection kits are designed to be user-friendly, so you can collect your sample with confidence.

3. Sample Return: After collecting your sample, simply return it to us using the pre-paid shipping label included in your kit. Our secure packaging ensures that your sample remains intact and confidential during transit.

4. Laboratory Analysis: Once we receive your sample, our partner laboratories will conduct the necessary tests using state-of-the-art equipment and methodologies. Our experienced laboratory technicians adhere to strict quality control standards to ensure accurate and reliable results.

5. Results Delivered: Your test results will be securely delivered to you via email, typically within a few days of receiving your sample. Our platform is completely secure and encrypted to ensure privacy. If you need help with interpretation or a consultation concerning your results, one of healthcare providers can review your results with you, explain what they mean for your health, and recommend any necessary follow-up care or treatment.
